CARPER WINERY WEDDING EXPO

Carper Winery is searching for esteemed wedding professionals to showcase their business and services at our 2020 wedding expo.  We will only accept a limited number of wedding vendors per service category. What this means for you?   To simply state, you will have a better opportunity for booking clients at this event!  Unlike many other Bridal Forums, Expos or Fairs that inevitably overwhelm brides, by having only a handful of businesses per category we increase each businesses'  opportunity to meet Brides and have their services booked.

It just wouldn't be a Wedding Expo without all the wedding day details!  While vendors are setting up their booths, we will be hosting a Styled Shoot on-site and throughout the property.  The Winery will be decorated to give brides in person wedding styling and planning inspiration!   We will also have a full bar available.

 

EXPO  TIMELINE

Styled Shoot 8am - 10:30am

Vendors setup 8am - 10:45am

(Vendor vehicles and trailers must be moved to the east overflow lot by 10:30)

Vendors and are expected to be fully set up by 10:45.

Carper Winery Brides - early access 11am

Open to Public 12pm - 3pm

Carper Winery includes many benefits as our thanks for being a part of the 2020 Wedding Expo.

Your booth purchase will include the following:

  • Two drink tickets for Winery Bar - for either personal use, or you may giveaway to brides who book your services!  Please drink responsibly.

  • Wedding Expo Save The Date cards for Vendors to hand out. 

  • Giveaways! 

- Carper Winery will be hosting a $1,000 giveaway opportunity at this event.   $1,000 will be paid to the winning Bride via gift-certificate that may be redeemed at ANY vendor in attendance. The vendor will be paid directly from Carper Winery for the full amount redeemed by the Bride, not to exceed $1,000.

- Bonus opportunity!   We highly encourage all vendors to contribute at least a $50 gift-card or savings for towards their services to be awarded to registered expo brides throughout the event.  

In lieu, we will do a quick highlight of your services and location of your booth via the DJ throughout the event.  This creates so much excitement and booking opportunities! 

  • Carper Winery will collect RSVP details for all brides via email and social media channels.  All emails will be distributed to our vendors for use.  In this way, we ensure each vendor is able to make contact with all the brides in attendance. 

  • Carper Winery will provide 500 brides with an Expo Bag and a small magazine showcasing all vendors. The magazine will ONLY hold ads for the vendors in attendance. No outside ad requests will be accepted.  Each vendor will need to provide a high resolution Ad.

-  1/4 page ad included with all standard booths

-  1/2 page ad included with all premium booths

- Full page and back cover available for additional fee. 

  • Carper Winery will also be providing a VALUE-ADDED opportunity for vendors to provide their own bag stuffers for the Expo Bag.  We will put your material into 500 bags....  free of charge! 

 

Bag Stuffer Details:

- 500 items maximum

- No catalogs or bulky items

- Must not exceed an 8”x10” dimension

- One item per Vendor…and limited to the Vendor's business only.
